A skilled welder and assembler, Jake has been in the body upfitting business since 2006. He has done everything from welding and fabricating to assembling to quality control to managing crews and service bays.
Today Jake spends his time quality checking FlowMark trucks, implementing new and better assembly procedures, and fielding incoming tech support calls. He has a unique eye for quality, and a great ability to troubleshoot existing problems.

Steve has been in the vacuum truck industry for over 30 years, with a varied set of experiences from running the truck division for a large toilet manufacturer, to time spent with a blow-molding company, to owning his own business building and selling vacuum trucks. Steve is a well-known authority in the portable restroom and septic pump truck industries.
Today, Steve spends his days serving his customers and speccing the perfect truck to build in the FlowMark line. He is a valuable and key part of our organization.

Mel Paul has been in the tank truck industry for over four decades. He built the first aluminum tank vacuum truck, and with it revolutionized our industry.
Mel has owned and operated tank truck companies ranging from vacuum trucks, aircraft refuelers, propane trucks, and refined fuel trucks to water trucks.
Nobody has more knowledge or experience in our industry than Mel, and today he spends his time developing the FlowMark name and sourcing the perfect pump truck for you.

After his career as an accountant with Arthur Young and Company, Phil has spent over 30 years in the tank truck business. His experience ranges from ownership in tank plants and assembly plants, to sales of the equipment. In his time in the industry, Phil has been involved in the sale of thousands of mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel tank trucks!
Today, Phil enjoys providing unmatched customer service, with a personal touch unlike anyone else in the industry.

Scott has been in customer service, sales, and marketing roles for almost 2 decades. He brings to our team a unique set of skills in social media marketing and sales, and is a pro at providing excellent customer service, the cornerstone of FlowMark’s success.
Today, Scott spends his time as an executive account manager, spec’ing out the perfect vacuum truck for your needs, and giving excellent after sale customer service.

Jordan began on the shop floor building vacuum trucks in 2010, spending his days learning the nitty-gritty details of each and every truck. Meanwhile, he spent his evenings in school for engineering.
Today Jordan engineers the bill of materials of nearly every vacuum truck through our shop. In addition, he aids in product design and improvement. Jordan’s unique mix of hands-on experience and textbook education make him an indispensable asset to the pump truck engineering team here at FlowMark Vacuum Trucks.

Andrew Nelson began his career in the vacuum truck industry working in the family business. After years spent learning as much as he could from countless hours on the phone and in the field with customers, he moved into production management, and eventually into sales management.
Today, Andrew spends his time serving customers, developing FlowMark’s business, improving product lines, and guiding the vacuum truck team.
As the FlowMark product line has grown and continues to grow, Andrew’s relentless commitment to quality, engineering, documentation and innovation keeps us at the top of the industry.
